What a find in Walt's! Paul gave me a couple of options and told me what did not need to be done. I truly appreciated that, so much so when I when to pick up car #1 I drove car #2 and asked him if he could find a window some bottom dweller smashed out and had been waiting 3 months for insurance to get to it. Since it is starting to get cold I was desperate. Paul did find a window for car #2 where the OEM and insurance company could give zero dates after three months. I am so glad I found Walt's and gave them a chance. Great service, great communication and fair prices. What else do you need these days?

My heater stopped working in my 2010 Honda CRV. Walt's was able to diagnose why and fix the problem in a day. They also checked out the car in general and found other issues which they presented to me along with a priority rating as to which was more important to fix and how soon. I'm so thankful for the good service I get at Walt's. I always feel safer after my car has been serviced there.

Walt's Auto Service did a great job on my 1996 Ford Explorer. At the last oil change, I was notified of oil leaks on the oil pan and rear main seal. I was provided an estimate and rescheduled another visit. I notified Paul Dice that I had 2 additional cars so time was not important. I told him he could hang onto the car as long as possible because I knew it would be a big job. The mechanics did a great job of replacing the rear main seal, oil pan gasket, intake manifold gasket and timing chain gasket. I brought the car home and removed the cardboard that I had left on the garage floor that was soaked with oil prior to gasket changes. The next morning the garage floor was dry, no more leaks. The best part was the price. It was several hundred dollars less than the original estimate. I have been going to Walt's Auto Service for close to 25 years. There is no better Independent Auto Repair shop in the South Bay than Walt's

They were economical in how they did the repairs to my power steering, and were kind and courteous at every step.
