I recently brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna to Walt’s Auto Service for an alternator repair. I had used them before, and once again, I was very happy with their service. They were professional, explained the repair clearly, and made the whole process very easy. I also really appreciated the complimentary ride after dropping off my car, and they even washed the car before returning it to me. Since my Sienna is an older vehicle, it’s great to have a repair shop I can trust. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and will definitely come back for future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended!

This was my second time having my Mercedes Sprinter campervan serviced by Walt’s and once again I was impressed by their expertise and overall professionalism. I had service B conducted, which was extensive, and admittedly costly, but knowing the Walt mechanics were doing the work made me feel confident in my future travels. It is hard to find businesses you can trust, but that is the best adjective to describe this shop and the team who do their best for their clients.

My Service Texh, Cici, is awesome. She was very clear in the service needed with recommendations. It was my first time at Walt’s and they really care.

Infiniti expertise was greatly appreciated. I am more vintage Mercedes-Benz oriented, so I needed their help. It worked out great.

Had check engine, vacuum hoses replaced. Brake fluid replaced. Coolant system checked. Ignition solenoid replaced. And a ride home.

Since I don't have to worry about my roof leaking anymore, nor taping a large bag over it to prevent leakage, I was able to run my car through the car wash (which it needed badly) & and am worry-free about any subsequent electrical damage. You guys are great and I've now switched to you as my new dedicated mechanic!

Paul was very friendly and took the time to carefully explain every detail to me. The technician was very professional, and the prices were reasonable. I also want to thank Angel for helping me resolve an issue with my oil change. She was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.
