I brought my 2002 Camry in here today for an oil and Trans. oil change and general inspection. The service was great, they explained everything that they found, gave me a complete list of things that needed to be taken care of. Great service. I will use them again for sure!

Good atmosphere, very wam feeling from the counter when you get in. I'm not crazy that the person who explains it isn't he mechanic himself. I've always preferred that. A little pricey too, but not by much and I don't think I am getting ripped off.I would recommend, though some things may need a second opinion.

I had a great experience at Walt's and my car was finished in 24 hours. The owner was friendly and kind...she helped turn my frustrating situation around. Paul was knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely be using this shop in the future and I will recommend to friends and family!

I'm really glad I went to Walt's Auto because of these reviews!I was so hopeless when my long-time trusted mechanics recommended me to take my car to the dealer when my check engine light was on, and I only had a week to get smog check & register.I really wanted to avoid the dealer, because I had no idea how much they would charge me for any engine-related jobs. And I was also worried if they could take care of my car on time. Then, I found Walt's Auto on Yelp! They seem to have great reviews, and they are specialized in Honda! ( I drive Honda ) so I decided to take my car here.I am traumatized by the auto mechanics in general since I've got ripped off before, so I was still nervous taking my car to the new place. Well, I didn't have to worry about anything here. Paul is absolutely honest, friendly and happy person that I felt very comfortable doing the business with. He said working on the engine was no problem & in fact, the job was done within a day with much much less price than I would have paid at the dealer. (The most dealer will recommend you to replace the whole engine whenever there's a sign of any problem, then that would cost lots of $$$!!)At the end, I was able to pass the smog test & register on time. It's been a week since I took my car here and my car is running with no sign of problem! I'd definitely come back!!

Took my car here a few days ago and they were great. My sister recommended Walt's and she said to go here, not the dealership. She was right! They're honest and won't jack up the prices. I went to the dealership to get some work done and they told me a price that was WAY more than I thought it should be. Walt gave me an estimate of much, much less than the dealership. I didn't have to pay until he was done with the car. When they called to pick up the car, the final price ended up being lower than he originally said. If there is one drawback is that it's a litter hard to find the place. Assuming you don't drive right by the place, you still have to make sure your pulling into the right auto shop as there is more than one I think.They were extremely friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend Walt's and as my sister told me, DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP

Walt's did the 30K service on my Infiniti FX35. I talked with the Paul, the Service Manager in advance to get a quote and understand what work was involved. He was very thorough in explaining what would be done. The quality of the work was very professional and within the estimate provided. Walt's did premium-quality service at pricing that is much more favorable than using a dealer. I highly recommend them

I was visiting the area when I discovered that my car had a problem. I went to Walt's and they were very attentive to my needs, honest with the prognosis, and had reasonable prices. They did their work efficiently, thoroughly, and were wonderful to work with and honest in their business. They took care of my needs and ensured my safety with my vehicle. I wished I lived closer to them to use them all the time! Excellent place!

I was searching around Yelp to look for an auto body that can do my 45K service without having to bring it to the dealer. I heard about Walts from yelp and also from a friend of mine that used to go there many times.I asked them if they can do a 45K on my Infiniti and they said they will get back to me asap after they find out what a 45K does for my car. They called back and told me what was involved and also gave me a quote. The price was really reasonable. Brought in my car yesterday and the work was done on time. It runs very smoothly and I love the job they done to my car.Definitely will go back again.

Brought my 1999 Honda Accord Ex in because the engine would shut off while idling at a stop. Techs ran a few tests and determined it was a problem with the ignition system, which they replaced.Service was fantastic! I was worried about a major problem with the electrical system or the engine, but the guys at Walt's were able to track the problem down and fix it for *less* than what they quoted me for. They did a good job of explaining to me their procedures and costs *before* they started working and managed to have the car fixed and ready in less than 24 hours. On top of it all, they researched all outstanding recalls for my car and gave me recommendations on which should be taken care of ASAP, or which can be taken care of when I had the chance.

I had my older Ford worked on after it was sitting for 5 months thanks to an over-sea's trip and when I returned I brought it here - they turned it up and it was purring like a kitten a few hours later. I was very pleased with how much better it drove on the return home.
