First, Paul is great to work with. He is pleasant, straight-forward, and gives a very accurate quote. Paul also doesn't pull any punches, and lets you know when you can pick up the car, if there might be any additional anticipated costs, and keeps you posted on any other issues that might need addressing. Second, the mechanics do a wonderful job on the repairs, and the car is always in great shape when leaving the shop. Always great service at Walt’s - I take all my cars here for service!!

I have been taking my 1999 Isuzu minivan to Walt's since early 2007. When Power Acura (on Crenshaw) wanted to put platinum spark plugs in my car, I realized they didn't know what they were doing and looked around. I don't know how I stumbled onto Walt's but I have ever been so thankful I found them. They are great and I credit them with keeping my minivan in good shape!
