Great overall service and honest communication

Always a pleasure to have my vehicles serviced at Walt's. Everyone always goes the extra mile to help out, as in this case I wanted to crank down my spare tire (on my van) to make sure it works and Paul helped me. He didn't have to, but these are the little things they do, which makes them special.

Paul greeted us in a very friendly and welcoming manner. The work on my vehicle was done in an efficient and professional way. It also didn't take too long as they went to work on it right away. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction. He made us aware of some things that might need to be addressed in the future and carefully explained all the work that they had done. Doing business with Walt's was a satisfying experience. Paul was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend Walt's to anyone who would like good service at a reasonable price.

First time to Walt’s auto service. They diagnosed the problem with my Toyota truck, communicated directly to me and provided an estimate for repairs. The repairs were made and the truck was available for pick up, on time. Great customer service, friendly people and reasonable prices. I’ll be back as needed.
