Walts Auto is the best place to take your vehicles for service. Paul & Kay are always friendly, helpful and trustworthy and the mechanics know their cars! Safe, reliable and efficient. Can't say enough good about this place!

Walt's Auto Service was a refreshing and thankful surprise! I had been a customer of Catalina Auto Center for over 15 years. Needless to say, it was one of SouthBay's gems - honest and personable. Sadly, the owner had recently closed his shop and I was in need of immediate car service. I reluctantly took my car to a dealer for diagnosis having no alternative. While waiting for my dealer repair quote, I scoured the internet for a possible option. I gave Walt's a call and spoke with Paul, the service manager. Immediately, I could tell he was knowledgeable and honest. I took my car from the dealer directly to Walt's. I like to believe I know and do enough work on my cars to know when I'm comfortable with a shop and when I'm skeptical. I have confidence in Walt's Auto Service. There is definitely a family atmosphere and I think I may have found my new auto repair gem in the SouthBay. Thank you Paul and Kay for going above and beyond my expectations and putting my mind at ease.

Walt's is the most honest automotive repair shop I've evet had the pleasure to have known. Paul kindly takes a lot of time explaining to the customers exactly what the various issues are and how they can choose to remedy each problem. He is the heart and soul of a great team. Our Rav 4 is 23 years old and our Corolla is 19 this year. They have remained reliable and healthy cars because of Walt's Auto.

Unlike so many places, I don't feel like I'm being upsold. If something is needed to be worked on, I have confidence that Walt's is being honest.
