I've been a Walt's customer for many years. I'm a picky customer and I only come back to businesses that I trust. And I am looking for competitive pricing too - Walt's has been more competitive than the local Acura dealership. Paul is always friendly and efficient and that's a winning combo as far as I'm concerned.

I had a tough problem with a 2004 Avalanche, a check engine light with multiple codes. Paul and the guys at Walt's diagnosed the issue, and applied their troubleshooting skills rather than simply throwing parts at the truck. They figured out, over two different visits, that three separate issues existed. I appreciate their honest and straightforward approach, and I would recommend this shop.

I’m appreciated they open 1st and 3rd Saturday’s. And Kate and Paul treat each of customers special. I also like they let you know what’s going on before starting the repair etc. I trust them 100%!

I can't say enough about Walt's. I have complete trust in the workmanship of all the service and repair of our four cars. The staff is terrific and super friendly. I also like they open one Saturday per month.

I first used Walt’s Auto Service when Walt was the owner, his wife was the “helper” and their daughter was in a playpen in the office. That would be 30+ years ago. Jim and Kay subsequently bought the company from Walt. Walt’s Auto has serviced my last 3 cars (1985 Honda to my current 2003 Camry) and my husband’s 2001 Silverado truck. We rely on Paul (manager) to keep these vehicles in top shape, allowing us to own old, but well-maintained, reliable vehicles. I appreciate that Paul always gives us a heads up for upcoming repairs. Obviously, I trust this company for expertise and pricing. My next car (researching for it now) will be serviced here, too. Carol
