Paul and Kay and the whole gang at Walt's Auto are just great people to deal with. I've been going to them for 10+ years and my parents have used them even longer. Paul is especially a real gem and he takes the time to explain things to you while never condescending. He is patient and friendly and puts my mind at ease. He is also willing to go out of his way to work with you or even check on something very quickly before a big trip. This service was really simple as I had some lights out on my car but they have always done a great job with past services. I buy used cars so they always need service and Walt's Auto is great. Great service as always! Made an appt. they had the parts ready to go and was done before noon.

Called Paul, made an appointment, took the CRV in at noon, with 2 problems. One was engine light on, the other was left front wheel clunk. Kay called me at 4pm and said it was ready. Great friendly service at a reasonable price. I'm a happy camper!
